Metal Sales & Service is a dedicated manufacturing facility offering cost-effective product lines of Aluminum Composite Materials (ACM) manufactured by Alcoa or Alcan.
• Aluminum Composite systems are offered
in 4mm and 6mm thickness. ACM is an engineered
blend of thin pre-painted aluminum, copper,
zinc and stainless steel and permanently
bonded to an extruded thermoplastic core material.
• Systems
provide durable finishes,
are lightweight, and allow for many
types of custom applications.
Aluminum Composite Materials differ from the MetalWërks® product line in that the materials are generally pre-finished prior to fabrication and originate from an outside source as a flat sheet material. The ACM process of fabrication differs by using CNC routing technology and factory assembly of extruded clips, versus the specialized bending technology incorporated with the MetalWërks® line.
