Stage 2 - Design Development and Budgeting
In this stage, we suggest coordination options, develop preliminary engineering studies, scope outlines, and project budget costs based on actual preliminary estimates.
Stage 3 - Professional Proposals
Once the scope and design of the project are completed, we present our proposal package. This package includes:

- Sketches
- Quantity surveys
- Estimated design, production, and installation durations
- Alternate prices
Stage 4 - Handoff
Once a project is awarded, we hold an internal handoff to familiarize the management team with the project, means of execution, and key design features.
