Most MetalWërks® products come in a variety of finishes to meet desired aesthetic and performance criteria.
Plus, we engage in quality assured processes to preserve the beauty of all products: all painted finishes are applied after the fabrication process to avoid damages or abrasion due to handling, welding, forming or any number of rigors it takes to produce a high quality architectural product. Additionally, panels are custom packaged to exacting precision to assure stability during shipment .
AVAILABLE COATINGS
• Fluropolymer coatings (Kynar/Hylar) by PPG, Valspar, Akzo
Nobel in 2, 3 & 4- coat, and 2-coat mica finishes.
• Metallic coatings typically come in one of two options:
• 3 or 4 coat systems with U-V barrier coatings
• Clear coatings to protect the metallic elements in
the finish and to provide color stability.

(Note for designers: when using metallic and mica finishes, paint direction is critical when designing for vertical and horizontal orientation. If panels are improperly oriented, problematic and varying shades or tone can result. Consult your sales representative for assistance in making the proper selections.)

available in a variety of systems survive beautifully in harsh environments. Coatings available through MetalWërks® assist designers with a variety of environmental challenges:
• Heavy pedestrian traffic
• High impact resistance

Powder coating finishes by Tiger Drylac, Dupont & Morton are available in Epoxy, Polyester, TGIC Polyester and Hybrid.
• Duranodic finishes are
available with certain product limitations. These
finishes come in clear, bronze, black or gold and are available
in Class I or Class II anodized coatings.

With all coatings, MetalWërks® takes extra steps to ensure product quality. Inherent variations always exist in the batch process, causing panels to exhibit a variation in shade or color. To address that issue, we will provide a range samples of light to dark for customer approval prior to the fabrication process.
