Every component in MetalWërks® column covers can be designed with a wide array of features:

• Optional side joint designs include MetaLok butt joint design,   batten style and  reveal joints. Top closures can be spring   loaded for flush, snug fits on uneven or sloping surfaces.
• All components are demountable by section for easy repairs or   replacements of concealed electrical/mechanical systems.

Aluminum

• .125" standard thickness
• .063", .080", .090", .190", .250" optional thickness

Anodized clear, bronze or gold Class I and Class II. Please note that anodized finishes are subject to a shade range deviation between individual panels. Procure range samples for approval prior to fabrication.

• Polyester Powder, Kynar/Hylar and Fluoropolymer Powder   finishes in standard and custom colors.

Bronze/Muntz

• .050", .060", .080" standard thicknesses
• #4, #6, #8 mechanical surfaces with clear lacquer or statuary   bronze with lacquer finishes standard

Steel

• 18 ga., 16 ga., 12 ga., 11 ga., standard thicknesses
• Prefinished steel in 18 ga. up to 60" girth available on 5000 S.F.   minimum
• Post painted finishes are Polyester Powder, Duranr,   Fluoropolymer Powder, Clear Lacquer
