Our Construction Services department partners with the engineer, architect, and construction manager to create a seamless approach in project fulfillment. As a full-service material provider, our team offers construction management with an unmatched insight into material construction and usage.
Metal Sales & Service's comprehensive approach brings together the know-how, the manpower, the tools, and the quality material to execute the project.
Here are a few of the specific benefits of our approach to Construction Services:
- We'll work closely with the engineer (structural engineer or our own expert engineering team), architect, and construction manager from early in the project to completion to develop proper planning details and to determine the most effective method of installation.
- We're hands-on at the job site-our attention is ongoing until the client is completely satisfied.
- We do our own engineering, and our company manufactures the majority of the products we furnish. The result? Total quality control over the project in every step.
- Encounter a problem in the project? With Metal Sales & Service, you'll enjoy quick responsiveness and total accessibility to our project managers.
- We're responsible for our own field crews. We employ six project managers who each have crews directly reporting to them. No middle-man management or subcontractors!
